Lipofilling
Lipofilling, is a revolutionary method that is used in aesthetic surgery. Own fat, as a filling material, is used for correction of lips volume, filling of sunken cheeks, nasolabial wrinkles, sags under lower eyelids or circles under eyes.
The advantage of this procedure is the use of the body’s own body fat, minimizing the complications associated with intorelantion of a foreign substance. The plastic surgeon can smooth out wrinkles, augment the lips, remove so-called marionettes, cut the circles under the eyes, or fill the volume in the faulty parts of the face. This is an outpatient procedure that is performed only in local anesthesia. Fat tissue is usually removed from the abdomen by cannula. The fat is then centrifuged, cleaned and injected into the desired location. The client may be active on the second day after lipofilling, with only a slight swelling.
Suitable areas for the application of the fat are various areas of the face, such as the area of the nasolabial folds, the marionette-lines, the correction of the black circles around the eyes, the regions of the lower eyelids and the tear-trough deformity, the facial contouring after some previous facial surgery correction of facial asymmetries, addition of facial volume that are lost in aging, suppression of the aging of the hands, or even in large volumes we can fill with fat the breasts or the area of the buttock.
The results are predictable, safe and does not cause tissue damage in the application area. Fat behaves like an ideal filler – it survives in a new place when it is properly applied and the effect is long-lasting. The fatty tissue also contains many growth factors and stem cells. It allows very wide use, from correction of congenital deformities, post-traumatic states to pronounced aesthetic indications.
We take your own fat under sterile conditions from its natural body deposits – in the thighs, abdomen, and, after processing this fat, some fat fractions are applied by thin cannula to the sites we want to correct.
Usage is broad and reliable. The procedure is most common in local anesthesia, lasting 60 – 120 minutes, depending on the extent of the application.
