At the beginning, we were driven by a desire not only to do things better, but to do them differently.
Our vision was to create a private medical facility in Slovakia that would match leading international clinics in both the range of services offered and the quality of care—while remaining accessible at fair and transparent prices.

MD Juraj Paliatka is a highly respected plastic surgeon with more than 20-years medical practice. After graduating from the Faculty of Medicine at Comenius University in Bratislava in 1996, he began his career at the 1st Surgical Department of the University Hospital in Bratislava, where he completed his residency and certification in general surgery. He later specialized in plastic surgery, gaining his board license after the state examination. His years at the University Hospital were dedicated to plastic, reconstructive, and aesthetic surgery, laying the foundation for his future expertise.
Since 2013, he has been fully devoted to private practice, and in 2015 he founded OPERA CLINIC — a modern, boutique-style clinic built on his vision of world-class aesthetic care in Slovakia.
He is a proud member of ISAPS (International Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery), the national Plastic Surgery Society (SLS), and the national Hand Surgery Society. Continuing education is a key pillar of his work; he regularly attends international trainings and congresses across Europe and the US, and he has gained valuable experience at private plastic surgery clinics in Israel, the United States, and the Czech Republic.
MD Juraj Paliatka is sought after by clients from Slovakia and abroad for his refined sense of aesthetics, precision, and natural-looking results. He specializes in advanced facial aesthetic surgery — particularly the modern deep plane facelift — as well as oculoplastic surgery, aesthetic breast surgery (augmentation, reduction, mastopexy), and abdominal contouring.

She graduated from the Faculty of Medicine at Comenius University in Bratislava. Since 2010, she has worked at the Burn and Reconstructive Surgery Clinic of the University Hospital in Bratislava, where she specialized in the treatment of burns, various types of wounds, and reconstructive surgery of post-burn scars. During her specialization training, she also worked at the Clinic of Plastic and Aesthetic Surgery at UNB Ružinov and at the 4th Department of Surgery of the Faculty of Medicine, Comenius University, and UNB. She obtained her board certification in plastic surgery in 2015.
In the field of aesthetic surgery, she focuses primarily on facial procedures, including eyelid surgery, comprehensive lower eyelid correction, brow lift, lip lift, and facelift surgery. She is among the few plastic surgeons in Slovakia performing the modern deep plane facelift technique.
She is also dedicated to aesthetic medicine, performing a wide range of non-invasive injectable and laser procedures, and she serves as a trainer in the application of botulinum toxin and hyaluronic acid. She regularly attends international congresses, courses, and workshops in aesthetic medicine and surgery to provide her patients with the most advanced and safest treatment methods.
